PAGODE - Europeana China

An innovative project co-financed by the European Union under the CEF Connecting Europe Facility Programme that contributed to generating rich user experience and high audience engagement with Europeana, the European digital library. PAGODE also supports Cultural Heritage Institutions by proposing a holistic approach in the aggregation, curation and presentation of Chinese cultural heritage preserved in Europe.

A Few Words About Us

PAGODE is proposed by a well balanced and multidisciplinary consortium that combines extensive cultural, business and research know-how. With the participation of partners from 5 countries (Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Slovenia), which cover all the necessary expertise, the project intends to cope with a pan-European ambition.

A network of associate partners joins PAGODE in the effort of showcasing the Chinese heritage residing in Europe.
